Efficient and helpful

So the plug in arrived, took less than 1 minute to fit and then the app was very straightforward. Beyond simple to use. My tracker lost signal once so it appeared I had removed it. They contacted me immediately and were able to resolve the issue straight away. The email reminder of the monthly payment is helpful. Overall the best service I have ever received from an insurer.
