Totally awesome

Very good concept and works very well for people like me who doesn't drive huge miles. Straight forward process and apps is absolutely helpful where you can track your spending and travel history. Very happy customer and glad I choose bymiles

I am not heavy car user or don't drive a lot. Every year hunting for cheap car insurer is always nightmare and relatively expensive. Doesn't matter if you drive or parked in driveway, you still need to pay full expensive insurance cost but not anymore I've choice. Thanks to By Miles which gave me the option to pay by miles you drive. This is fantastic idea and I believe it's helping lots of people. By far I am loving the experience with By Miles. Customer service is always helpful and polite. They helped me to sort out my £50 credit issue I was having which was great and i still haven't ran out. The app is fantastic where all your journey history is stored and can see how much you have spend this particular journey. Awaiting for more cool features like direct link to google map and waze and journey estimate cost with current fuel cost. The app even got Car medic function which is basically diagnose your car and alert you if there is any fault/code which need attention and I believe this is very good features to have. And if you click to fault code if any, it will give you all necessary information regarding that code i.e. what is this code and what might cause the code to trigger. Overall, I'm one of the many happy customer and highly recommend anyone to join By Miles.
