Excellent Insurance company

Brilliant concept, pay as you go. Ideal for low mileage drivers. App easy to navigate, especially for oldies like me. and contains all information needed about my account. Friendly occasional emails giving useful driving tips for hot/cold weather driving. Easy to contact a ‘real person’ if necessary by phone, live chat or email. Emails answered promptly. Cannot comment on claims procedure, thankfully haven’t had the need to submit a claim. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Best insurance company for low mileage drivers

I am an older driver, as such my mileage is very low so paying per mile is perfect for me and will reduce my annual insurance bill by at least 50%. The app is really easy to navigate, instant up dates on latest journey. I had occasion to email By Miles and use 'live chat' when first setting up and their response was always extremely prompt, helpful and friendly. Cannot comment on their claims procedure as fortunately have had no need!! All in all and excellent service offered by a first rate company! Reviewed on: 1st August 2019
