Light at the end of a very dark tunnel

Earlier this year I found my self in what seemed an impossible situation through no fault of my own. Redundancy and eviction of a tied property and a few health issues trough our finances into chaos. Depression spiralled. I knew I needed help for the sake of my family and was put in touch with Money Wellness. I can honestly say very quickly the spiralling stop. It was such a relief to speak to somebody who fully understood my problem and no point was I made to feel at fault or belittled by my situation which was important to me. I had worked my whole life (50 years) and never claimed any benefits having always stood on my own 2 feet. They talked me through the whole process and offered support step. I now have a new start and a clear future. They truly were the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. Reviewed on: 4th May 2026
