Review of the Manchester Credit Union, Loans:

Thank you for all that you do for our community! :)

During my time in secondary school I wasn’t educated enough on how the financial world works in adulthood, like many other young adults and young people. I was left with a lot of uncertainty about loans, how they work, and of course the negative idea that loans were a bad thing to take out. The Manchester Credit Union has allowed me to learn about loans, learn about the benefits of having one, and on top of that they truly care about the people. It’s a beautiful thing to see an organisation that is trying for the people, in a society that’s unfortunately stricken with money insecurity and a lack of necessary financial education. I believe that what the Manchester Credit Union is doing for our community and our people is important and needed. They change lives not just by providing services to people who might not otherwise be able to access them elsewhere but by providing educational resources so that we are able to better understand and support ourselves in the terrifying world of adult financial management.
