The call handlers were very professional, informativ...

The call handlers were very professional, informative and kind, they spent a lot of time explaining to me the rules and regulations around their profession, they also explained my position, my options and the way they make decisions, they carried out a budgeting assessment and approved my application moving forward. This has helped me incredibly with my mental health giving me peace of mind and a clear solution that without them I wouldn't have been able to manage. Thank you so much for your help.
