My Fathers' experience with TSB Home Insurance

This happened with my father, who has spent a lot of money to get protected with home insurance, for which they called about a damp wall that is affecting the house and it is coming from outside (no fault) from the rain collector. He called to get it covered, but was denied, and he only had two claims been rejected. He actually cancelled the insurance as customer service was not helpful and they did nothing to help.
