Superb for older travellers with medical issues

My wife and I were originally insured by their sister company and whilst having had what we thought was an excessive increase for renewal went through a review of medical history which led to a renewal being declined. However their representative offered us the opportunity of using World First, advising that much more detailed medical history would be required. We were happy to do this and ended up with a lesser premium than had been originally quoted. We have since added a couple of extra declarations, one at minimal extra cost and the other with no additional fee. The representatives I have spoken to are friendly, thorough and efficient. I have already recommended the firm to friends and family with medical history needing travel insurance. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2019
