Fair and understanding company

My husband has always struggled to get cover due to a heart transplant 13 years ago. When k called, the staff were understanding and didn't presume anything. Logic was used to assess whether they could cover Him, rather than a blanket denial like other companies. I felt they were honest and explained pitfalls and high excesses upfront for certain parts of the cover and gave us fair insurance for the rest.
