Super quick, super professional, super easy

I had an issue with a seller which needed to be resolved. I contacted PayPal to raise my concerns. They immediately responded and actioned a refund without update. Amazing. I noted that actually they shouldn't have refunded me as a delivery came the following day (I didn't want the seller to get a 'poor score' and I wanted to know I how could reverse the refund). After contacting PayPal a second time they, again. were super responsive, and assisted me in the process. super easy, super friendly, super professional and extremely intuitive.
