Great service &lovely staff

I have made 2 phone calls recently the first to clarify the interest on my account and second to reset my memorable info. It was great to be able to speak to a real person and on both occasions my query was resolved quickly and efficiently, and staff were really lovely. The security process was thorough but not bureaucratic and it was really good that generic questions were answered without security.
