10/10 PayPal took the stress away

I recently had to use PayPal’s buyer protection service after a disappointing experience with an online retailer, and I honestly could not fault the process. What could have been a very stressful and time-consuming dispute felt clear, fair and reassuring from start to finish. The PayPal platform made it easy to provide the relevant information and evidence, and I felt that my concerns were actually being listened to and properly considered. As a customer, that makes a huge difference. When you buy online, especially from a company you haven’t used before, there is always a level of trust involved. Knowing that PayPal is there as a safety net gives real peace of mind. The service was efficient, transparent and genuinely helpful. It reminded me why I choose PayPal whenever it is available at checkout: not just for convenience, but because it offers protection when things go wrong.
