I use PayPal often and find the payment option pay in 3 to be really helpful with bigger purchases. I also recently realised you can pay using Amex even if the retailer doesn't accept Amex, but they do accept PayPal. I would like to see the option to change or extend payment dates which is helpful and used by other similar services. I have not needed to use customer services lately which is positive; I gave a good rating for this reason. I would recommend PayPal to others. Reviewed on: 8th May 2026
