Lost too much money with inadequate customer services

Set up a 3 month 0% finance deal. PayPal cancelled the first payment meaning that I am left with a large amount to pay at the end of the deal. I raised a complaint and they refused to acknowledge. On another occasion I ordered items that never arrived. I provided all proof of payment, including PayPal snap shots. They denied the payment showed their end! Will be cancelling PayPal as soon as that’s at payment is cleared. I’ve lost too much money in what is meant to be a safe online payment tool. Reviewed on: 8th May 2026
