Fast, efficient, friendly

I had saved up for two years and finally was able to book a motocross holiday for my son and myself so as to build our relationship after unfortunately having to separate from his mum. On arriving at the track on our first day, I was informed we would be unable to ride as we hadn’t any insurance in place. I had unfortunately thought is was included within our holiday package. Sadly I was mistaken. We were already at one of the tracks ready to go and my son was very upset. I contacted yourselves and you arranged for our insurance cover the very same morning, in fact I think it was within 1/2 hour. My son and I were really pleased that you were so efficient and very helpful knowing our situation. Thank you for your help. Reviewed on: 5th August 2019
