I haven’t needed customer service, ever.

I haven’t needed customer service, everything is straightforward and easy to use. It is very flexible, more so than most credit cards. It takes a little time for some transactions to show up on the account, usually over bank holidays or weekends, so be mindful that transactions are not as instant as bank accounts.
