Problem setting up online account.

Problem setting up online account. Created account OK but ID + activation code letter didn't arrive. Emailed SBS and got letter sent again. Initial ogin failed, so reset password and still failed. Found SBS contact phone on web (no contact on login page) spoke to June Mitchell - patiently checked my details + activation code, activated account for me, checked ID (missing last digit - human error!). Login with correct ID now worked, problem solved. Reviewed on: 9th May 2026
