Good customer service but sometimes systems let it down

Good customer service, have been a member for years. On a couple of occasions the systems are down meaning you can't access money. On a couple of occasions I have had an automated message to say my loan payment is late, this has been a system error but does cause distress. It is usually rectified easily by speaking to someone. Things are put in place quickly, for example when I applied for my loan I got a decision and the money within a day. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026
