Wonderful Bridgnorth!

I was delighted to discover that a branch had been opened in Bridgnorth, my home town, and very pleased to have an account that still offers a passbook - old habits die hard! It would be lovely to have longer opening hours, but I understand why this may not be possible at such an early stage of the Dudley Building Society presence. All of the staff I have encountered have been very warm and friendly as well as very efficient and knowledgeable. In previous years I had travelled to the Perton branch and found a very similar situation. I do like the flexibility of being able to log on and check things when the branches are not open, and I have found this very easy to use, being clear and informative. Reviewed on: 9th May 2026
