Horrible experience for the elderly

Horrible experience with Customer Services trying to help my elderly Father cancel his home insurance. I was sitting with my Dad helping him understand the questions he was asked - he is 81 has just come out of hospital and is hard of hearing. It's fair to say that finances aren't his strong point! He went on the phone and managed to answer security questions Policy Number, DOB, Postcode, Full name and who else was named on the policy but didn't know when the expiry date was. I ...
