Good company, easy to talk to and very clear to deal with

Been with this company for three or four years. For the first time ever I had a problem on holiday. My issue was not in theory covered by my Policy, however, the circumstances were very, very, unusual. Even though it was not covered, they did suggest I claim when I returned which I did explaining the circumstances again. Had I not taken the action I did on holiday it potentially could have created an ever greater problem, and they obviously appreciated this. They settled the claim and not only that my premium was not affected at the next renewal nor the one after. I was very impressed with them. I also do like the fact that if you are on a regular mild medication they do have the facility to accept that this is just a precautionary - I don't think I have ever known another company have this.
