Great service !

I’m a long term member previously from Ncu and they have always provided excellent service,support and advice. They are easy to contact ,reply in a timely manner and have always dealt with my inquiries with professionalism and discretion. I have found the payroll loan extremely helpful over the years.It is designed in a way that is efficient and easy to manage and pay off . Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

I’m a long term member previously with Nottingham credit union and the apr used to be a lot lower than the general apr for loans now it just seems the same . It used to feel like the cheapest loan now it feels just like all the others Reviewed on: 11th May 2026
