Beware, Flexplus travel insurance is worthless

NW Flexplus travel insurance underwritten by Aviva is not worth having. We claimed once with Nationwide's previous underwriter and it was very easy. However Aviva refuse to pay out for costs that are specifically mentioned in the policy and the travel agent and airline have indicated that we should claim from our travel insurance!
