Extremely incompetent

Sold a watch to this company 6 months later recieved letters saying i owed them money spent over 6 hours on the phone and told i was a liar there was no such letters ,told numerous times a manager will call back going on for 7 weeks now really stressfull experience sent my neighbours letters with my personal imformation on sent me emails slagging me off by mistake extremely incompetent Reviewed on: 14th May 2026
