Very help, empathetic, understanding

They were very details in everything they could help me with. They were very sensitive to my situation ensuring they would do what they could to help. I was aided with filling out forms they took the time out to explain everything. Once documents were signed and confirmed they called to check in if i had done it. Overall everyone i spoke to was super helpful and friendly and i really appreciated it as it is a senstive subject talking about all the debts it can be overwhelming and they helped with the soft understand approach they gave me.
