More clarity and appointed advisors

Was confusing at times as texts and phone calls were received from what appeared to be different advisors. This lead to a lack of clarity regarding what was required in terms of documents ti move the application forward. Pathway and communication could have had more clarity. Reviewed on: 16th May 2026
