Always a great experience with PayPal.

Always a great experience with PayPal. They are super helpful when needed to step in between yourself and companies. Recently I had an issue with payments going to meta and it was impossible to speak to a person there (we all know that!) and I couldn’t stop the payments as I just kept getting an error. Whilst meta obviously disputed the case, PayPal helped where they could - ultimately their hands were tied but the case has the desired effect as meta cancelled the payments. I can’t fault PayPal at all, they will always do what they can to assist Reviewed on: 13th July 2026
