I am 84, had my policy automaticlly renwed.

I am 84, had my policy automaticlly renwed. No confirmation or documents. Realised issue when I received my monthly bank statement! Told as over 14 days cannot cancel! Cant cancel something with out knowing you have been forced intoit and charged! Now I have 2 policies. The PO will be invalid as not got the correct information! Pain, all the way. Complaints department hard nosed and not issuing a credit. Reviewed on: 18th May 2026
