Really helpful and understanding

I was put in touch with payplan via the CAB. I was really nervous and didn't fully understand what was available for me. I spoke to a member of the team I didn't feel nervous, they explained the process for my DMP and talked me through every step. Overall they were and still are very helpful and understanding.
