Disappointing

One positive is that the customer service agents are very polite. However, on 2 occasions that I have tried to make a small buildings claim, it has been rejected on both occasions. There is always something in the small print that refutes the claim even though I pay extra for home emergency cover and to add insult to injury, my payments have increased. Just what I needed

I took this credit card out as a credit builder and so far so good. The app is easy to use and the perks that come with the credit card are excellent such as monthly prize draws. Can highly recommend Vanquis. Reviewed on: 20th May 2026
