Call to the Helpdesk with client present

My call to the helpdesk was very specific and was in the presence of my client who is in her late sixties and rather anxious, so she was extremely happy with the call and that which we established, your colleague Chi immediately understood this and managed our call perfectly and gave us all of the information that we required in order to reassure my client as she approaches the end of her mortgage and redeeming in full i na couple of months Reviewed on: 20th May 2026
