Simple, easy to speak to a human & very accessible

I have dyslexia; so far I have found them easy to get hold of easy to speak to a human. The app has been simple and out of the few cards I’ve heard it’s been my favourite one in simplicity of use which is why I have held onto it.. it’s also very flexible and putting in changing my the credit limit either up or down and I just think they’ve been excellent. I have no reason to fault them. Thank Christmas card that was there for me when I needed it the most and they’ve proved to be quite accessible helpful and user-friendly so far obviously there’s always a little bit of room for improvement ( also if needed they will make effort with consumers which is nice ) Reviewed on: 20th May 2026
