Accessible and easy to follow.

Very easy to keep on top of finances, I have found customer service to be great for me, the staff are understanding. Having the app makes it a lot easier, since the update. The notifications of when the direct debit or payment is due is handy for someone like me, with Cerebral Palsy, it affects my memory, so the reminders are really important for me.
