I can’t put a better score about customer service be...

I can’t put a better score about customer service because I’ve never had an issue despite being a Vanquis customer for years. They offered me my 1st card after completing a debt management program. I started off with just a £600 limit and it’s now several thousands. Never rushed to offer increases, I had the option to decline so it wasn’t forced on me. But they are so so competitive in their interest rates and on occasions, I’ve been offered deals with below average interest rates. I know it reads like I work for Vanquis but I’m just a nobody who lives on disability benefits, but that doesn’t make any difference to Vanquis. I’m treated exactly the same as if I was working full time, if of course my experiences with other credit card companies before my disability made it impossible to continue to work is the same these days. I have nothing but good things to say about Vanquis. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026
