Dire experience. My employer soon switched over

Dire experience - so bad that my employer at the time had to switch provider. Now unenrolled me without asking, then accepted employer contributions after my company has switched schemes - but didn't notify me I had funds, which I could have transferred out, for another 6 years when I got a statement out of the blue. Made a complaint which they decided was unfounded. Thankfully, they got their cut off the money - phew! Reviewed on: 22nd May 2026
