When I need to make a important payment it's always...

When I need to make a important payment it's always unable to do so needs further checks contact us. Which is impossible and even more so at the weekend or bank holiday when my benefits are in my account to pay bills and get food shopping etc then I transfer money from my account to my own nationwide account and it's not allowed so I try my daughters account nope so I try again with my husband and I can't move money anywhere again all are registered payees my nationwide account is connected with clockwise as my UK bank account and I have not got loads of money going in or anywhere and it's also my only money which when I can't get it is more than frustrating Reviewed on: 23rd May 2026
