I have been with Vanquis for a few years now and they are always at the end of the line if things go wrong, they are a very caring Brand and most of all they listen, asses, then deliver. Every time I have called they treat You as if they know You most of the time its just to pay My credit card, no fuss just a very polite person at the other end waiting to help You.
