They need to communicate better between departments/...

They need to communicate better between departments/teams. They lost a £120 payment due to them not being able to see details across internal systems that dealt with original PayPal and PayPal credit. Which led to them freezing my account and have it display in the red. If they are going to have so many teams I.e. e PayPal?, PayPal credit, and others there needs to be a transparency between each one. Otherwise it leads to grey areas where the customer is the only one that suffers. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2026
