Issues accessing the on-line service

Family Building society have changed their on-line system for the 3rd time. Each time requires me to re-register. The process this time is extremely poor. At this point I'm still unable to logon. Reviewed on: 24th May 2026

We introduced the new system in May 2025 to improve security and functionality, which meant customers using our online service needed to re-register. As part of our security measures, the verification code is sent by post. We understand that this can feel time-consuming.
