Run in to Trouble, Company Dont Care

Due to my wife being diagnosed with Cancer twice, I have been forced to reduce hours dramatically at work to care for her. Due to my wife being ill for the last two years I wanted to try and get her away on holiday. I emailed the CEO to see if they could do something but got an adviser in Customer Service saying they could stop my payments but this would impact my credit file. The last thing I want to do is ruin my credit file with her being so ill that I may need to buy things essential for her on credit. I asked them if there was anything they could do and basically gave me a massive settlement figure that I cannot afford to pay. So basically stuck really and no more help from these people. If you run into trouble like this and totally out of your control then I would not recommend you contacting these people as they clearly do not care. I have an update to add to this review and something people should be aware of when you have a loan with this company. They sent me an income and expenditure form to complete as I was asking for a reduced settlement figure. I input my figures and at the end it says that this will be applied as an arrangement to pay. At this point I stopped and did not submit the form. Since doing this I have been informed by this company that they saw my figures I input and will not allow the reduced settlement figure. I am totally disgusted with this company and find that what they have done is invasion of my privacy as I did not submit those figures. BEWARE PEOPLE. Reviewed on: 27th May 2026
