Factually incorrect inspection.

Factually incorrect inspection. 2nd inspection requested and confirmed the first inspection was erroneous missing items which would have failed an MOT. I have been bounced from department to department since. The AA requested I get Estimates for missing items on the inspection - these total over £5,000.
