i have always found the company efficient and if the...

i have always found the company efficient and if there is a problem they are polite on the phone and get it sorted out there and then. On the down side the site often doesnt remember my password and so i have to go through all of the questions again and the easiest way to say forgot my password and go through the procedure once again. So there may be a problem there, and it would be good if it could get sorted Reviewed on: 27th May 2026
