Vanquis deserve to win

I have been with them for sometime I was experiencing financial difficulties but am more stable and usually pay the balance in full as soon as I have the money. They were very understanding when I was unable to pay the balance but I made all the monthly payments and asked if I wanted to increase my balance but I declined even though I was very close to it. I paid the balance and was so relieved I had paid it off and was now financially stable. Sometimes I could only pay the lower balance but as I had any extra money I paid it off and as I told Vanquis they were good and did not hound me like other companies Reviewed on: 27th May 2026
