Disgusting practice of hidden charges!

After using them twice before we took out a third policy for when my youngest learnt to drive. When he passed his test they charged us another £40 cancellation fee on top of the £250 paid for the policy. The very rude and unhelpful customer services person said it was all in the T&C's but it was so deeply hidden I struggled to find it and they don't make you aware of it knowing full well you won't see it until they sting you for it later.
