I’ve had a generally positive experience using PayPal.

I’ve had a generally positive experience using PayPal. It’s very convenient and easy to use, especially for online purchases and sending money quickly to family and friends. I also appreciate the added layer of security when shopping online, which gives extra peace of mind. The app is user-friendly and transactions are usually smooth and instant. However, customer service response times can sometimes be slow depending on the issue, and certain account limitations can be frustrating to resolve. Overall, PayPal remains one of the most reliable and widely accepted payment platforms I use, and it has made managing online payments much easier. Reviewed on: 28th May 2026
