Pleasantly Surprised!

Have to admit I’d never heard of this company prior to buying a policy with them 2 years ago, and I hoped I would never have cause to use them. Sadly this was not the case. Beginning of this year my Maine Coon developed a one in a million spinal problem that left her unable to use her back legs. My vets, a local vet referral centre and indeed Noel Fitzpatrick had never come across this condition in a cat. Because of this I was slightly sceptical that they would pay out, due to the fact the condition was virtually unknown in the cat world. You can imagine how pleased and surprised I was when all claims I submitted for vets fees, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy were met( allowing for the relevant deductions because of my little girls age, she is 15) Sadly she will never regain the use of her back legs but at least Lifetime Pet Cover gave me the opportunity to do all I could for her to at least try to give her a better quality of life, and for that I thank them deeply.
