Review of the Lifetime Pet Cover, Pet Insurance:

Successful claim so all happy

We signed up with Lifetime for a number of our pets as other insurance premiums were getting very high. Soon after our oldest dog was diagnosed with a liver condition which cost ~£6,000. Initially lifetime rejected the claim however after some to and fro and supporting evidence from our vet they honored the claim and have also continued to fund the ongoing treatment. It's hard to evaluate insurers unless you have made a claim, however I can say that having made a claim, and showing our case Lifetime were good at reversing their initial decision quickly and providing us with the balance of the claim. The renewal price for our dog wasn't unrealistic either which was our concern so again Lifetime have done the right thing by us. I would have given all stars for the review other than the initial trouble we had with having the claim accepted. Reviewed on: 15th August 2019
