Sophia - new savings account

I called as I was trying to open a new savings account online and the website was blocking one of the downloads. Sophia was very helpful, able to re-create the issue her end and then provide the information I required. She then went on to convert my existing savings account to the new account which meant that I no longer needed to open the new one anyway. Very happy Reviewed on: 28th May 2026
