Exceptional Service

Never had any issues whilst using Payoal until recently I made a purchase from what I thought was a legitimate site. One simple phone call sorted everything! I was assured that my account would be protected from further funds being taken by this merchant, which is what I was most concerned about, and that when the payment was claimed all I needed to do was login and dispute it and the funds would be back in my account. When the funds were claimed, I did as I was advised and the funds were indeed back in my account the same day and PayPal dealt with the merchant. The gentleman I spoke to was polite, understood I was concerned and did everything he could to reassure me. Reviewed on: 28th May 2026
