3 year with them

Outstanding insurance company, been with them 3 years now every year I get an renewal quote that is the best they can offer and lower than the previous year which from my experience doesn't happen with other companies as my insurance quote kept going up and I'd have to spend an hour or so going back and forth to get a better quote or look for different companies, but not with by miles. Happy, friendly, honest car insurance

I took out an insurance policy with them and never looked back. For someone in my situation they're very affordable prices, the staff I've spoken to are polite and helpful and even the yearly renewal goes down in price rather than up like every other insurance company I've been . Amazing insurance system

Had a renewal quote from my previous insurer and even after having another years driving experience and no claims it hardly dropped down in price and that after speaking with them directly. Then I had a email from a comparison website and top of the list was "by miles" with an unbelievable quote! Almost too good to be true. So rang them up to find out more and was more than impressed with how it worked plus how friendly and helpful they were. Saved not far off £300 choosing this company and been happy since. You pay a small premium for the year to cover your car when it's parked then pay per mile (mine worked out at 4p per mile!!)
